DMSlot accepts deposits through a range of verified Malaysian payment channels. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit amount is RM30,000, subject to payment provider limits. DMSlot reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts where required for responsible gambling or compliance purposes.
E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited to your Account balance near-instantly upon successful authorisation. FPX and online banking deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Processing times may vary during periods of high traffic or payment provider maintenance.
All transactions on the DMSlot platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
Players may request withdrawals of Real Money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the completion of applicable KYC verification.
To submit a withdrawal request, a Player must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) maintained an Account in good standing with no pending investigations.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. DMSlot reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
DMSlot offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and other time-limited campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
DMSlot employs automated monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms; placing opposing bets to minimise risk while meeting Wagering Requirements; and any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
Consequences of Bonus Abuse: Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended. All associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited. DMSlot reserves the right to recover such amounts from a Player's Real Money balance where applicable.
Players enrolled in the DMSlot VIP Programme are eligible for an annual birthday bonus corresponding to their tier status at the time of the award (Bronze: MYR 188; Silver: MYR 388; Gold: MYR 888; VIP Diamond: MYR 2,688). Birthday bonuses are credited once per calendar year upon verification of the Player's date of birth. Tier-based bonuses are subject to a 15x Wagering Requirement.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from DMSlot.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DMSlot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruption; computer damage or system failure; or the cost of substitute services.
DMSlot's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
DMSlot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DMSlot expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Either party may terminate the Player's Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting DMSlot customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be settled and any outstanding withdrawals processed. DMSlot reserves the right to conduct KYC verification prior to processing any final withdrawal associated with account closure.
DMSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in cases where: (a) a Player is in breach of these Terms; (b) suspicious activity has been identified; (c) KYC requirements have not been met within a stipulated timeframe; (d) the Player is or becomes a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or (e) continued operation of the Account would present a regulatory or legal risk to DMSlot.
In cases of Account closure resulting from breach of these Terms, DMSlot reserves the right to void any pending Bonus Funds and retain any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
DMSlot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications — may be made without prior notice.
The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at dmslot.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim relating to the use of DMSlot Services, Players are encouraged to first contact DMSlot customer support to seek an informal resolution. DMSlot aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal complaints process, the Player may seek redress through applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in their jurisdiction.
